Products
The advertising of products on our website constitutes an "invitation to treat"; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with our terms detailed below.
The Contract for the sale by us to you of the Goods is completed when we send to you our Confirmation of Order by email.
All products are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock at the time of order, we will inform you. You will then be given the option to wait until the product is in stock or you may cancel the order and receive a full refund within 30 days.
The images of products on this website are displayed as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour of a product when it reaches you will look as it appeared on your computer's monitor. The reason for this happening maybe based on your computer's graphics quality or how you solely perceive colour.
The sizes and measurements of our products are as accurate as possible. However, minor differences may occur due to the nature of their hand-crafted construction.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from the website at any time and will not be liable to anyone for doing so, or for refusing to process an order.
Price and Payment
Prices for products are quoted on our website. The website contains a large number of products and it is always possible that some of the prices on the website may be incorrect. We will verify prices as part of our sale procedures so that a product's correct price will be stated at the point at which the buyer places an order. In addition to the price of the product, you will have to pay a delivery charge, which will be as stated when you pay for the product.
We may periodically revise the prices on this site which cannot be guaranteed for any period of time.
Payment must be made upon submission of your order before it is dispatched. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. Please note that customers making payment by cheque may encounter a delay in their order being dispatched while we wait for cheques to arrive and clear.
We may refuse to dispatch products and/or cancel an order if the price is not received from you in full in cleared funds.
All payments are processed once you submit your order. We only deal with credit and debit card orders that have been monitored and accepted by PayPal. For details of countries and cards accepted by PayPal, please visit www.paypal.co.uk
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the card issuer does not authorise payment, we cannot process the order.
If your order is highlighted with an 'alert' or 'caution' from PayPal, we will contact you for the necessary information required. We must be in receipt of the information needed within 3 working days or we will cancel the order and you will be refunded by PayPal.
